To ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking process, all guests are required to follow these strict protocols when providing their travel information:

1. COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION
All travelers must submit the following details correctly:
✅ Preferred Travel Date – Exact date(s) of travel. Ensure accuracy before submission.
✅ Number of Travelers – Exact count of adults and children.
✅ Lead Guest Name – Full legal name as per ID or passport.
✅ Lead Guest Contact Number – A valid and active phone number for updates.
✅ Lead Guest Email Address – A working email for confirmations and invoices.
✅ Guest Flight Details  - For Guest that already have a flight.

Failure to provide complete and accurate details may result in delays or cancellation of your booking request.

2. VERIFICATION PROCESS
📌 Once the details are submitted, our team will verify the information and confirm availability.
📌 Expect a response within 24 hours via call, text, or email. If no response is received, follow up immediately.

3. STRICT PAYMENT POLICY
💰 To secure your slot, a 50% down payment is required.
💰 Full payment must be settled before the event date.
💰 Down payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to other trips.

Failure to respond to confirmation messages within 24 hours may result in booking cancellation.

5. STRICT CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
🚫 Cancellations 7 days before the travel date – 50% of the package fee must be paid.
🚫 Cancellations 5 days before the travel date – Full payment is required.
🚫 No-shows on the day of travel will forfeit the full amount paid.

6. FINAL REMINDERS
📌 Follow the agreed itinerary and meet-up schedules. Late arrivals may result in forfeited activities.
📌 Travelbooks Travel & Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or government regulations.
📌 All guests must follow the policies of partner accommodations, transport providers, and tour operators.
